Ed has been involved in the Australian aviation industry for the last 20 years. He has over 13,000 hours of manned flying experience and also holds a CASA drone licence for fixed-wing operations.
Ed has managed some of largest and most challenging drone asset inspection projects in Australia, including water pipelines, large scale weed mapping, and live flare inspections.
In addition to ensuring Sensorem has access to the latest technology and innovations in unmanned aerial systems, Ed monitors the day-to-day regulatory and safety aspects of operating under a Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA) Operators Certificate.
Chief Remote Pilot
Tim has significant experience in the operation, design and building of unmanned aerial systems. He is CASA certified to operate heavy lift multi-rotor platforms and specialises in operating the DJI industrial drones.
During his time at Sensorem, Tim has been involved in a range of unique projects, including asset inspection, survey, agriculture, conservation, feature films, and corporate video productions.
Tim has control over all flight personnel training and operational matters affecting the safety of the flying operations for the company. Tim is passionate about what he does and thrives on the challenges of exploring new technologies and innovations in unmanned aerial systems.
